Patient Information
Our current office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday at most office locations. Our office hours do vary occasionally due to surgery scheduling and emergencies. Should you need to stop by the office for other than a scheduled appointment, please call in advance to make sure there is a staff member available to help you. The offices are closed for lunch between 12:00-1:00pm each day. Our answering services answers calls during this time period.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are made on a appointment basis. When calling for an appointment please listen for the correct option to speak to a receptionist in order to schedule your visit at our office. Please have your current insurance policy information, and a photo ID available. Insurance companies require you to have a referral from a primary care physician in order for your visit to be covered. Please be aware of your insurance company's restrictions. You will need to bring your insurance card with you at the time of your visit as well as a list of medications that you currently use. Due to high call volume we respond to all appointment requests within 24-48 hours.
In order for RIENT Physicians to better serve patients and reduce waiting times, please print out the two forms below and complete them prior to your arrival.
